1. All Sales are Final:
1.1 Once a purchase is made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
1.2 Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the pass/ticket price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the event, the venue, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive.
2. Event Tickets:
2.1 Tickets purchased for Fetish Evolution events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2 Age Requirement: Our event is exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. By purchasing a ticket, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request identification upon entry to verify your age.
2.3 Underage Purchases: If you are under the age of 18 and purchase a ticket, you will not be granted entry to the event, and no refunds will be issued. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure they meet the age requirement before purchasing a ticket.
2.4 In the event of an event cancellation or rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the changes and provide alternatives if available. However, we are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the ticket holder.
3. Merchandise and Products:
3.1 All merchandise and products sold through our website are non-refundable.
3.2 In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
4. Payment Disputes:
4.1 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account and a denial of future services.
